Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Processed data: Name, email address, company (optional), message, IP address (hashed), timestamp

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation)

Storage period: The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. As a rule, deletion occurs after completion of the conversation or after 6 months, unless there are other legal retention obligations.

Spam protection: We use automated spam detection procedures to prevent abusive requests. This includes rate limiting (IP-based), honeypot fields and heuristic analysis. The IP address is only stored in hashed form.
